So you want learn how to use drones for surveying?

The HALO Drone Survey Training Course has been specifically designed for operators who want to learn the fundamental principles of using drones to carry out accurate aerial surveys. The 1-day course covers the complete process of activities involved with conducting an accurate drone survey; from initial flight planning and data capture considerations, to data validation and practical demonstrations (if onsite).

The course is suitable for complete novices and seasoned operators alike. We are able to tailor this course to your competency, ensuring that we focus on what’s really relevant to you and enabling you to get full value from the course.

Why have drone survey training?

Flying a drone is one thing; but being able to use a drone to capture accurate survey data is something completely different. It requires a whole host of considerations ahead of taking to the skies, from software setup to understanding the various different data outputs available. Without proper training, it’ll take several years to develop the experience necessary to compete with established competitors when offering drone surveying services. With our drone survey training, the aim is to fast track your learning so that you can begin delivering accurate drone surveys as soon as possible.
